A subdivision plan first approved in 2007 has been revived and approved by city leaders.
In action taken recently, the city council voted unanimously to approve a final plat for the Van Zweden Subdivision at 150 South and 1525 West.
The three-lot subdivision will be located on 3.17 acres of property owned by Evanland Farms, LLC. Richard Evans is the agent for the project.
In approving the project again, city leaders imposed some of the same conditions for the development as they did in 2007.
Those conditions require Evanland to deal with a drainage accord with a neighbor to the south, allow for storm water run-off to the south and the need to extend Bonanza Road.
