Items stolen from Youth Impact in Ogden

OGDEN -- Thieves broke into the Youth Impact program center at 2305 Grant Ave., and made off with a number of items.

Robb Hall, director of Youth Impact, said eight staff computers, hand tools from the program's bike shop and 10 handheld radios were among the items taken. The intruders also broke through a closed door into a private office and stole a safe.

Hall said the break-in was discovered about 2 p.m Monday by staff members who were at the office to catch up on some work.

Staff members will have to inventory the office and their work areas before a dollar figure can be placed on the stolen items, Hall said.
