Two injured in ATV rollover in Box Elder

MANTUA -- Two people were injured Monday afternoon in an ATV accident.

Box Elder County Sheriff's Sgt. Steve Berry said county search and rescue personnel assisted in getting the 24-year-old man and 21-year-old woman down from the mountainous terrain above Doc Flats where the accident occurred.

The two were riding on an ATV trail when the vehicle overturned, Berry said, and they may have suffered broken bones. The man may also have broken his arm or shoulder.

The two were taken by ambulance to a Brigham City hospital.
