OGDEN -- The Ogden Pioneer Chapter Sons of the Utah Pioneers will meet at noon Monday at Comfort Suites Inn, 2250 S. 1200 West.
Speakers will be Claire Fisher and Raymond Hobbs, who will discuss 20th -- and 21st -- century pioneers.
Fisher, a retired educator from Ogden public schools, served as a bishop and stake president. He and his wife served a mission to Sierra Leone, West Africa.
Raymond Hobbs was a stenotyper at the Ogden Standard-Examiner. He has served in numerous church positions and is a graduate of Ogden High School.
Potential members are welcome. Cost of one meeting for potential members is paid by the chapter. Other guests pay a $12.50 charge.
