Concert to assist Youth Impact after burglary

OGDEN -- A benefit concert to help Youth Impact replace stolen electronics and tools will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Ogden Amphitheater.

Amir Jackson and Brett Turner, two local musicians, will be the featured artists.

Dana Pagane, director of public relations of Brett Turner Music, said Ogden has donated the use of the amphitheater and local businesses have donated the necessary insurance for the event.

Youth Impact serves Ogden's inner-city youths. Over Labor Day weekend, burglars broke in and stole thousands of dollars' worth of electronics and tools. Three men suspected of the crime were arrested Wednesday, but most of the stolen articles had already been sold.
