Family history conference set for Weber State

OGDEN — The Ogden Regional Family History Center will hold a Family History Conference on Sept. 17 at the Shepherd Union Building at Weber State University, 3848 Harrison Blvd., Ogden.

Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. The keynote address will be at 8 a.m. by genealogist, author and teacher Karen Clifford, who will discuss “The Changing Face of Family History.”

This will be followed by five class periods from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Participants can choose from more than 50 classes in a full range of genealogy topics.

Vendors will attend with displays featuring a wide variety of family history manuals, software and research aids.
