WEST VALLEY CITY -- Police say an officer shocked three adults with a Taser stun gun during a fight at a West Valley City school.
West Valley Police say the adults were arrested Wednesday after fighting with a school detective at Granger High School.
KSL-TV reports (http://bit.ly/nY1BJb ) the adults were relatives of a student. The student and family members were meeting with the school detective to discuss a previous dispute.
Police Sgt. Mike Powell says some of the family members decided to go through the school to find people who may have been involved in the previous incident.
Powell says the detective asked the adults to stop, but they refused and started fighting with the officer. The detective then used a Taser to stun them.
It was unclear Wednesday night what charges the adults might face.
