Nelson's Corn Maze, 2950 S. 1600 West, Perry

The theme for this 13-acre maze is geometric shapes -- circles, triangles and the like. And be warned, the cornstalk puzzler is "pretty convoluted" and difficult this year, says Douglas Evans, a member of the Perry family that created this attraction back in 1999.

A night at the maze is good, clean family entertainment, Evans says, but there will be haunting going on come Saturday nights.
