OGDEN -- A Weber State University Times and Issues Forum will focus on social networking in the Middle East.

The speaker will be Shane Farver, WSU journalism instructor, who will speak at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Shepherd Union Lair. The talk is free. Weber State is at 3848 Harrison Blvd.
