TACOMA, Wash. -- The father-in-law of a missing Utah mother is set to appear in a Washington state courtroom.
Steven Powell is charged with 14 counts of voyeurism and one count of possessing child pornography. He remained held in the Pierce County Jail.
The 61-year-old Powell was set to appear Tuesday as part of the case against him. He has pleaded not guilty.
Authorities accuse him of secretly videotaping children and women, including his daughter-in-law Susan Powell. She has been missing since 2009.
Steven Powell's son, Josh Powell, is the only named person of interest in her disappearance.
Last month, a Tacoma, Washington judge removed Powell's two children from the home he shared with his father. They are temporarily in the custody of Susan Powell's parents.
