OGDEN — An 11-year-old boy went to McKay-Dee Hospital with a possible broken leg after being hit in a crosswalk on the way to school about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
The driver was an 18-year-old male driving alone on a learner’s permit when he hit the child at Canfield Drive and Lockwood Drive near Lincoln Elementary school, Police Lt. Danielle Croyle said.
Police cited the driver for failure to yield to a pedestrian at a cross walk.
