OGDEN -- The Ogden branch of the National Association of Colored People will hold its 67th Annual Freedom Fund banquet Oct. 29 at the Comfort Suites, 2250 S. 1150 East.
The theme for the dinner is Affirming America's Promises.
Guest speaker is Robert Brooks, director of the NAACP's Criminal Justice Program, who has more than a decade of experience doing community organizing to increase grass-roots participation in criminal justice policy making.
