KAYSVILLE -- Special Olympics Utah will hold its first Hallow-bowlooza at 9 a.m. Oct. 29 at Boondocks Fun Center, 525 S. Deseret Drive.
In the fundraiser, four-person bowling teams will be teamed with a Special Olympics athlete. Prizes will be awarded for high individual score, high team score, best individual costume and best team costume. The goal is to raise $5,000 to support the mission of Special Olympics Utah, which provides sports training and athletic competition to 2,300 children and adults with disabilities.
Each team of four needs to raise at least $200 in pledges. Individuals can raise $50 each and be attached to a team at the event.
