FBI offers $10,000 reward for Halloween Bandits

SALT LAKE CITY -- The FBI is offering a $10,000 reward in a bank heist where the robbers wore Halloween masks and carried semi-automatic handguns.

The robbery occurred about 1 p.m. on Oct. 29, 2010, at the U.S. Bank at 2243 E. 2100 South, Salt Lake City.

One robber pointed a handgun at a teller and demanded money. The second robber stayed inside the bank lobby, pointing a gun at several customers and employees. One elderly customer was injured when pushed by one of the robbers.

Both gunmen made several violent threats as they left the bank. The two robbers got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
