OGDEN -- An Ogden man was charged Thursday for two counts of sexually abusing a girl.
The victim, now 18, told Ogden police that from when she was 11 years old to 13 years old, she was forced to have either oral or vaginal sex with the suspect, Jack Lee Eastman, according to a probable cause statement filed Thursday in Second District Court.
Eastman was 14 years old when the acts began and 17 when they ended, the statement reads.
Mark Ramsey of Ogden Police confronted the now 22-year-old Eastman about this and he admitted the sex happened more than 100 times over a two-year period, according to the statement. He was arrested and booked into Weber County Jail.
