Afton Clawson, of Syracuse, died Saturday, Nov. 12, 2011. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, at Lindquist's Layton Mortuary, 1867 N. Fairfield Road. Friends may visit family from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the mortuary. Interment will be at Syracuse City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help the family with funeral expenses.
