Former Dugway commander to speak

OGDEN -- Weber State University, 3848 Harrison Blvd., will host a brown-bag lunch featuring Col. Gary R. Harter at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Shepherd Union Lair, in Room 232.

Harter is the former commander of Dugway Proving Ground. The event is free. For information, call 801-626-8912.
