Colonel Jay N. Fisher, 91, died Sunday, Nov. 13, 2011. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 19, at the Fruit Heights 5th Ward Chapel, 24 Country Lane, in Fruit Heights. Friends may visit family from 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at the church. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 21, at the Cedar City Cemetery, where military honors will be accorded.
