OGDEN -- A rabies vaccine clinic for cats and dogs will be held from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday in the gym at the Marshall White Center, 222 28th St. The clinic is part of an Eagle Scout project.
The rabies vaccine is free.
All shots will be administered by a licensed veterinarian.
Also available will be discounted one-year canine distemper/parvo combo and a one-year feline distemper combo for $10 each. Cash, check or charge card will be accepted.
Ogden city pet licensing will be available at a cost of $30 for unaltered dogs, $10 for altered dogs, $20 for unaltered cats and $5 for altered cats. Dog microchipping is $15. This will be provided by Ogden Animal Services for Ogden residents only. Ogden animal licenses and dog microchips need to be paid for with cash or check.
The clinic is on a first come, first served basis. Dogs must be leashed and cats must be in carriers.
State law requires that pet owners be 18 or older for all services.
