Large display of Nativity scenes in the works

PLEASANT VIEW — The eighth annual Community Christmas Creche display will be held from noon to 8 p.m. Dec. 1-3 at the Pleasant View LDS Stake, 2975 N. 1000 West.

Billed as the largest Creche display in Utah, there will be more than 1,250 nativity displays arranged with 10,000 Christmas lights and 500 poinsettias and pictures. The free event also features live music each night from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and all day Dec. 3.

Another activity is the nativity room where families can dress in nativity costumes for a keepsake photo. For more information, call 801-814-4974.
