Badgers ready to play in Top of the Mountain Bowl

Snow College will make its eighth appearance in the Top of the Mountain Bowl, set for noon on Dec. 3 at Rio Tinto Stadium.

The No. 16-ranked Badgers (8-3) will meet NJCAA rival Eastern Arizona CC (8-3). Earlier in the season, the No. 17-ranked Gila Monsters beat Snow 41-14.

Twenty-one former Top of Utah preps suited up in football at Snow this season: Joe Summers (Bear River), Steve Thornton (Box Elder), Sean Smith Box Elder), Richard McGowen (Mountain Crest), Etika Pauni (Clearfield), Josh Sadler (Logan), and Jordan Welk (Davis).

Also, Tyler Sherman (Fremont), Will Bostic (Weber), Jake Miller (Bear River), Cody Van Buren (Weber), Shane Hardy (Box Elder), Justus Brown (Box Elder), Jantz Arbon (Weber), Matt Walker (Box Elder), Ethan Rasmussen (Mountain Crest), Garland Munns (Bear River), Britain Martin (Sky View), Zach Christian (Fremont), Brady Wootton (Mountain Crest) and Riley Spackman (Sky View).

The team is coached by Tyler Hughes.
