Ryan Evan Brown, 15, Troop 464, Meadows Ward. A son of Steve and Lori Brown of Uintah Highlands, he attends South Ogden Junior High School.
Thomas Ward Ulrich, 14, Troop 296, Pleasant View 4th Ward. A son of George and Dana Ulrich of Pleasant View, he attends Orion Junior High School.
