Thanksgiving Charity Run/Walk a huge success

The 26th Annual Thanksgiving Charity Run/Walk was a huge success. We were blessed with ideal weather. The gratitude expressed by the nearly 2,000 participants made it a wonderful celebration in sharing. Through the awesome generosity of those present, we were able to divide $4,200 and four truckloads of non-perishable food among the Salvation Army, Ogden Rescue Mission, St. Ann's Shelter and the Hall Food Bank.

The lead runners were Josh Adams, Nathan Pollard, Byran Beckerini. Katie Thompson, Jessie Parker and Debbie Perry.

Our sincere gratitude to Cosmo Young who donated 24 cases of bottled water, so appreciated by the group. Thanks also, to the police present from both Washington Terrace and South Ogden.

It is an occasion that marks the goodness of the people in our community as you keep hope alive. May God bless you all with peace and joy in the coming year.
