Vince Hendricks, 15, Troop 240, Rockcliff 7th Ward. A son of Carol Williamson of Ogden and the late Lee Williamson, he attends Highland Junior High School.
Caleb F. Swain, 15, Troop 219, Roy 7th Ward. A son of Eric and RaDene Swan of Roy, he attends Roy High School.
