Ogden police looking into weekend shooting death

OGDEN — Ogden detectives are investigating the shooting death of a 26-year-old man late Saturday night.

Some people were at a house party at 2923 Monroe Blvd. when the shooting occurred, Lt. Tony Fox said.

At 11:39 p.m., police found the man’s body with a single gunshot wound to his head at the residence, Fox said.

Officers and detectives interviewed everyone who was at the scene and have not yet determined if the shooting was accidental.
