The article on Christmas Lights published in the Monday, 12-19-11 edition of the paper contained TX staffer picks for dazzling light displays. They, of course, picked all the standard displays - Ogden City, Layton City, Willard Bay and then ended with Salt Lake City. I would like to add another light display that I imagine many people are not aware of but it is awesome -- the lights at the city offices in Roy. The municipal building, the fire station and surrounding grounds are decorated wonderfully but especially the area behind the fire station on 1900 West and to the north of the municipal building. The area has many trees which are covered with thousands of lights. It is a magical sight and certainly a wonderful effort made by the City of Roy for its citizens. We really appreciate it and believe others would too! Come see!
