John Fred Deters, 84, of Tremonton, died from Alzheimer's disease on Friday, Dec. 23, 2011, in Ogden, Utah. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28, at the Tremonton 5th Ward LDS Chapel, 300 S. Tremont St., in Tremonton. Friends may call from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home, 111 N. 100 East, in Tremonton, and from 9:30 a.m. to 10:40 a.m. Wednesday at the church before services.
