ROY — The city recently honored four residents for having the best Christmas lights.
Each year, the city council visits those nominated for the lighting contest and picks a winner.
The grand-prize winner was Steve Gorlaski, 5843 S. 2950 West. Tyson and Desa Barber were in second place, with Janice Wolsey in third place and Bob and Bonnie Morgan in fourth place.
Winners also receive a small cash award from the city.
