Norma Anderson Watkins, 88, of Sandy, died Sunday, Dec. 25, 2011. Services will be held at noon Friday, Dec. 30, at Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 E. Center Street, in Logan. A viewing will be held before the service from 10:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. Interment will be at the Logan City Cemetery. Post condolences to the family at www.allenmortuaries.net.
