Money for South Weber road rehab a concern

Even though the city will maintain its regular portion of road money, City Manager Roger Worthen said that more road funding will be necessary due to increased drivers.

However, he contends, money will decrease as more and more electric car drivers impact gasoline tax, making fewer funds for road maintenance.

Right now the money they will receive will only serve as “a bandaid” and South Weber “will have to pick and choose which roads they maintain.”
