RIVERDALE — Brian Eric Mudrow, 29, faces four charges of sexually exploiting a minor.
Mudrow turned himself in Wednesday afternoon at the Weber County Jail and was released an hour and a half later.
Court documents do not specify whether Mudrow’s charges are specifically for having child pornography or knowingly allowing a child to be sexually exploited.
The charges were filed against the Riverdale man in 2nd District Court on Oct. 28 based on evidence obtained from Weber County Sheriff’s Deputy Trevor Petersen.
The suspected offenses occurred on or about May 27, according to the court documents.
