Chad Perkins, 57, died Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2012. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 23, at the Lakeside LDS Stake Center, 800 N. 4000 West, West Point. Friends may visit with family from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 W. 5600 South, and from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church.
