Ryan Derek Grange, 15, Troop 378, Pioneer Trail Ward. A son of Garff and Kamie Hubbard of Hooper and the late Derek Grange, he attends Rocky Mountain Junior High School.
Jayson A. Lee, 18, Troop 269, South Ogden 8th Ward. A son of Todd and Nancy Weston of South Ogden, he attends Bonneville High School.
Brian Todd Nebeker, 18, Troop 414, North Ogden 12th Ward. A son of Todd and Jenny Nebeker of North Ogden, he attends Weber High School.
