* Weber State University presents "Weber Reads: The French Declaration of the Rights of Man." The lecture, by WSU history professor Brady Brower, starts at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Hetzel-Hoellein Room of the Stewart Library, on campus at 3848 Harrison Blvd., Ogden. Admission is free.
Brower, with a background in French history, will discuss similarities and differences between the French and American revolutions.
