In reading about the story in the Jan. 29, "Seeing change in Utah's custody law: Best for the child," of the about the tragic loss of a little child in an accident as a result of her mother's drug habit, I was struck by the obvious. As usual, the Standard-Examiner is negligent in their reporting of all of the facts.
The name of the judge that ruled against Aubree Jo Anderson's father and grandparents is glaringly missing from the article. It appears that he bares some of the responsibility in the terrible outcome that befell this innocent child. Without competent reporting, this story will most certainly and quite sadly repeat itself.
Please, try harder to get it right and report all of the facts. Name Brandi Stilke's accomplice in Aubree Jo's untimely death.
