LaVerne Elizabeth Summerill Murdock died Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2012, at her son’s home in Mountain Green, Utah. Family and friends may call from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 5, at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd., in Ogden, Utah. No services will be held. Interment will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 6, at the Ogden City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Make-A-Wish Foundation in LaVerne’s name.
