OGDEN — Eric Millerberg appeared via video link from the Weber County jail for an arraignment hearing this morning in 2nd District Court.
Millerberg faces charges of child abuse homicide, obstructing justice, unlawful sexual activity with a minor and abuse or desecration of a corpse in the death of 16-year-old Alexis Rasmussen.
Millerberg did not speak during today’s brief arraignment hearing. Randall Marshall was appointed as his defense attorney.
A status conference was set for Feb. 14.
