CENTERVILLE — Police are seeking the public’s help in locating Julia Amelia Higbee (aka Julia Herzog), a 41-year-old female, for numerous property and identity fraud crimes.
Centerville, Layton, North Salt Lake, Logan, Brigham City, Salt Lake City, and Cottonwood Heights currently have active investigations into Higbee’s criminal activities, said Centerville Lt. Paul Child in a news release.
Higbee has three “no bail” warrants issued for her arrest from 2nd District Court and is a suspect in several other cases, Child said.
She had a hearing for sentencing set in December 2011 and failed to appear.
Child said Higbee has an extensive criminal history, is not employed and is transient.
