DATC solar panels cited for savings

KAYSVILLE -- Davis Applied Technology College has installed solar panels to its main building, resulting in a cost savings of $7,000-$8,000 per year, according to a news release from the school.

In addition, DATC began an energy technician training program last year to develop the renewable energy work force.
