Ogden FOE plans benefit for officers involved in shooting

OGDEN — The Fraternal Order of Eagles, 975 Wall Ave., will have a Spanish-language dance to benefit the police officers involved in a Jan. 4 shooting.

One officer was killed, and five others were injured.

The public is welcome at the dance, where a raffle will be held. Music will be provided by Los Gauchos.

Doors open at 7 p.m. Friday, with dancing from 8 p.m. to midnight. Admission is $25 a couple or $15 a person.
