AAUW to hear legislative update Monday

KAYSVILLE -- The American Association of University Women, Kaysville-Davis Branch, will have its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. Monday in the LeConte Stewart Art Gallery at the Kaysville Branch of the Davis County Library, 44 N. Main St.

This month's topic is a legislative update presented by House District 17 Rep. Stewart Barlow, R-Fruit Heights.

The public is welcome to attend.

The American Association of University Women advances equity for women and girls through advocacy, education, philanthropy and research.

According to a news release, AAUW has a nationwide network of more than 100,000 members and donors; 1,000 branches; and 500 college/university institutional partners.
