Shupe appointed mayor pro tempore

FARR WEST — Councilman Tim Shupe was recently appointed mayor pro tempore and will act as mayor at any time that Mayor Jimmie Papageorge is unable to perform his duties.

In other business, a work session has been set for
6 p.m. March 1 at City Hall, 1896 N. 1800 West, just prior to the regularly scheduled council meeting at 7 p.m. to discuss the sheriff’s office contract.

A work session has also been set for 6 p.m. April 5 at at City Hall just prior to the regularly scheduled council meeting to discuss the Farr West city budget.
