OGDEN — The community is invited to attend a pinwheel vigil for Charles Powell, 7, and Braden Powell, 5, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. today at the southwest corner of the Ogden City Municipal Garden, 343 25th St.
Prevent Child Abuse Utah is sponsoring the event and asks the public to stand together in solemn memorial to the boys and other victims of child abuse.
Pinwheels, representing the organization’s efforts to change the way Utahns think about prevention, will be provided to those attending.
