The city received a positive audit review at a recent council meeting.
Jeff Ambrose of Crane, Christensen, Palmer & Associates said that the city's finances are very healthy.
"The city has virtually no debt," said Ambrose. "We don't have any long-term debt here."
Ambrose said that Harrisville is one of the few cities his firm audits that doesn't have any debt.
Judicial and Building Inspections overspent by a combined $709, but other departments more than made up that amount with revenue.
