West Layton general plan amendment (West Layton Village Center), ordinance amendment (Title 19), Chapter 19.27 Village Center zoning district, and Village Center rezone (107 acres) from agriculture to Village Center. The 140-acre General Plan Amendment area is located along both sides of West Hill Field Road between 2200 West and 2700 West.
