Utah needs to be brought into the 21st century with respect to liquor laws, including getting completely out of the liquor business. Washington state is in the process of doing just that. For your info, the following link from the Washington state web site is provided:

The voters approved a referendum to accomplish this change. I have forwarded this link to State Senator Scott Jenkins, and State Representative Brad Galvez.
