Plain City councilman seeks study of impact fees

PLAIN CITY -- The city needs to have a new impact-fee study done soon regarding storm water and sewer, a councilman says.

Councilman Bruce Higley said the last impact study done was in 1997.

"We need to look at updating that," he said, adding he plans to have the issue on an upcoming council meeting agenda.
