Benefit dinner, auctions Saturday

OGDEN — Weber State University’s Anything for a Friend organization will host an event to benefit 4-year-old Kash Maughan, who has a life-threatening disease.

The fundraiser will feature a dinner, bake sale, silent and live auctions, kids’ corner and a balloon launch. The event is from 5 p.m. through 9 p.m. Saturday in the Shepherd Union Ballroom. Admission is free.
