The 36-year-old Scott Womack of Brigham City was charged this week with one count of misdemeanor official misconduct and one count of felony custodial misconduct stemming from the stop on I-15 on Nov. 20, 2010.
Tamsen Reid, who’s now 18, sued Womack in federal court in August. She claims Womack told her there was an Arizona drug warrant out for her arrest, and ordered her to take off her clothes so he could search her for tattoos and piercings.
Womack denied those allegations in court papers filed in December.
Womack’s attorney, Michael Christiansen, did not immediately return a call seeking comment Wednesday.STORY:201202290003Ex-Box Elder deputy faces sexual misconduct charge/frontpage/2012/02/29/Ex-Box-Elder-deputy-faces-sexual-misconduct-charge.html-1
