KAYSVILLE -- The New American Philharmonic, in conjunction with the Davis Master Chorale and Wasatch Master Chorale, announces open auditions for all solo parts of the Mozart "Requiem," to be performed May 4 and May 5.
Auditions will be from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. March 14 in the chorus room at Davis High School, 325 S. Main St.
Those wishing to audition are asked to come prepared to sing No. 3, Tuba Mirum; No. 5, Recordare; and No. 11 Benedictus.
An accompanist will be provided, or those who try out may bring their own. The performance will be from the G. Schirmer edition. That edition will be preferred for the audition.
